It's been far too long since I've written here and I feel terrible about it. Now more than ever, I am desperate for some creativity in my life and need this space to find a bit of solace for my passions and art.
Matthew and I are settling into married life in our lovely apartment in the upper east side. We are coming more acquainted with the area and are even becoming locals at our new favorite cafe, Bluestone, which is an Australian cafe that serves a brilliant flat white and toast with Vegemite/avocado. Everything tastes and feels better with Matthew by my side.
Here are a few little, good things that I am loving right now.
Mimi Thorisson, food writer/blogger, Manger. I came across Mimi's Instagram account the other day and I instantly fell in love. She is brilliant in all sense of the word. Her style, her aesthetic, her talent in the kitchen and with the written word, her family, her home in the French countryside--I could go on forever.
The sweetest dress from Reformation that is currently on sale
Matthew and I have a few weeks free on Hulu and we came across this series, 11.22.63 based off of a Stephen King book about traveling back in time to prevent the assassination of President Kennedy. Definitely binge worthy!
I hope you enjoy.
